Are there a Minimum order requirements?

No. While Baking Place is a Wholesale based store, we are directly open to the public so no minimum order is required. 

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout . We use various express shipping services available to ship worldwide so we ensure your products arrive without any extended delays.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

At present we accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery is made by an express services so it typically takes between 8 – 14 working days however delays may occur during busy periods.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your shopping experience is fully secure. We use a high security SSL certificate utilising strong SHA-2 & 2048-bit encryption.

What exactly happens after ordering?

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with tracking details.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, as soon as you place your order, we will send an invoice directly to your email inbox.
